Shipping policy

We only ship to the 48 contiguous states. Orders can take up to 5 business days to process before being shipped. Orders may not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you using the email address on your order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Orders cannot be canceled once shipping confirmation has generated. Should you need assistance with your order or encounter any issues with your merchandise, please contact CustomerService@MaraInTheMiddle.com as soon as the issue arises.
